The South Carolina Men’s Gymnastics Level 4, 3-E Division

Open To USAG Registered Level 4 Entry Level Boys Only.

They Compete On These Three Events Only: Floor Exercise, Vault, and A Horizontal Bar (Men’s or Women’s) That Allows Them To Hang And Swing Without Touching Their Feet.  Safety Matting Requirements Still Apply.

Uniforms:

No Special Uniforms Are Required For Any Level 4s By USAG.  As In All USAG J.O. Competitions, We Only Require A Team T-Shirt And Shorts.  Competition Step In, Shorts, and Pants are at your discretion.  This Is Not A Uniform Violation For Level 4 Gymnasts.  Uniform Violations Apply To Level 5 and Higher Gymnasts.

Competitions:

Level 4, 3-E Division Gymnasts Can Compete At Any South Carolina Boy’s Invitational.

*Meet Directors Should Use Discretion When Setting Entry Fees For This Division Since They Only Compete On 3 Events.  Please Include A Separate Entry Fee Listing For Level 4, 3-E Division Gymnasts In Your Pre-Meet Information.

*Meet Directors Should Allow For A Separate Session Of Level 4, 3-E Gymnasts If Numbers Permit.  If Numbers Do Not Permit, They May Be Included In The General Session Of Level 4 Gymnasts, Rotate Event To Event With Their Squads, And Will Not Compete On Pommel Horse, Still Rings, And Parallel Bars.

Awards:

The Awards Session Will Include A Level 4, 3-E Division.  The Number Of Age Groups And Placement Awards (Event And All Around) Are At The Discretion Of The Meet Director.

Judging:

Judging For This Division Will Be Done By Qualified Judges Who Have Met All Certification Requirements.
